Insecurities

Top & Jeans: American Eagle
Boots: TJ Maxx
Necklace: Park Lane

I was nervous to write this post with these pictures. It isn't very often you'll see me post any full-bodied pictures of myself. I used to be a confident 115 pound girl. Now I'm curvy. And not so confident.

It has taken me a while to get used to my bank body. What is a bank body you  might ask? It is the result of going from an active retail job to a bank career where you sit behind a desk all day and your fellow employees bring in snacks every week that you cant resist.

If you ask my husband, he loves my curves more than he ever did my skinny frame. He is who encouraged my little photo shoot. All day on Saturday he kept saying how much he liked me in my new outfit. I told him he should take a picture and if I liked it I might blog about it. He said "If you see what I see, you will love it."

He makes me feel beautiful.

Sometimes all it takes is a nice compliment from someone to make a huge impact in the way you see yourself. We are our own worse critics. My goal this month is to try to not be so hard on myself and believe my husband when he tells me "No, those jeans don't make your butt look big."

All My Love,
Lyndsay
